Provider Spotlight: What Ability with Sharni, Dylan and Matty (NDIS participant)

In this video, Matty (NDIS participant) shares his joyful experience working with and being supported by the What Ability team, as represented by Dylan (senior team lead) and Sharni (support worker).
What Ability is a disability service provider that specialises in community access. Their aim is to connect NDIS participants with young, fit and energetic support workers, some of whom are professional athletes.
From campings, enjoying a day at the beach while riding jet skis, to watching sporting events, What Ability envisions to bring adventure, friendship and happiness to all. These activities are all developed with the participants’ aspirations and goals in mind.
