Nappa is NDSP’s secure online portal that helps you manage your NDIS plan with confidence. You can check your funding, see invoices and track your spending, all in real-time.
Yes! Nappa is mobile-friendly and works on any device. You can even save it to your home screen for quick access, just like an app.
Navigate to the Nappa Portal page and select “Nappa Login”
With our secure passwordless login, you will log in with a code sent to you by SMS or email.
Enter the code and click log in. Easy!
Once you are signed in to Nappa, you will be able to access your dashboard. In the menu you will see sections regarding your Plan, Claims, Providers, Reports, Settings for your account, and a handy summary of your total available budget.

If you’ve turned off auto-approval, we’ll send you an SMS when a provider submits an invoice so you can review and approve it before it’s paid. If auto-approval is on, we’ll take care of it for you, and you can still see everything in Nappa.
There is no app to download from the App store or Google Play, but it’s easy to save Nappa to your phone’s home screen so you can access it like an app.
How to add Nappa to your home screen:
Adding Nappa for Android Devices
- Open Google Chrome on your phone.
- Navigate to the Nappa portal.
- Tap the three dots icon at the top right corner of the Chrome browser.
- Select “Add to Home screen”, then select “Add” in the resulting pop up window.
- You will now have the icon on your home screen, alongside your other apps – you may have to scroll to find it if you have a lot of apps set up already.
Note: For Samsung users, Samsung Internet is the default browser – in this case you will need to:
- Click the menu hamburger icon (three lines) in the bottom corner of the screen.
- Click “Add page to” from the menu.
- Select “Home screen” and then “Add”.
Adding Nappa for iOS Devices
- Using Safari, tap the share menu button at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Add to Home Screen”.
- You will have the option to edit the site’s title if you want to.
- Press “Add” in the top right corner once you are happy with the name.
